Boiler went out the day we moved in, got same day service. Ricardo Muñoz was an amazing technician and explained everything in detail about what was wrong, the repair work, and also showed us how to maintain our radiators. He spoke to us about different services Burkdhardt had and the membership saving us some cash. Would recommend him for sure!
