Install new water line over to basement of other unit and install water meter in that unit inch a quarter or inch and a half bushing by one and a T then a 1 inch ball valve and a three-quarter inch pro press valve
Replace a stripped shut off valve above the main shutoff
Fix leaking bathtub strainer and bring up a hose bib higher than where it was
Extend drain line and hook up P-trap on new tub run two new waterlines to owner supplied freestanding faucet
Maintenance is critical! CO alarm went off this morning and their heat exchanger (inspected on every visit) has opened up.
New garbage disposal and a new faucet installed
