From season to season, I have been receiving excellent and encouraging system maintenance from Burkhardt Heating and Cooling. Each of the last three technicians has been both low key and top notch. None of them tried to pressure me into buying goods or services. Instead, they were friendly, efficient and willing to share knowledgeable recommendations. Kelly, today, was no exception. He gladly assembled and replaced my furnace filter at no charge. He checked my heating system thoroughly and reassured me that my Carrier furnace, though 11-years old, had a good many years of life in it. He also pointed out the advantages of a new, simpler thermostat. I agreed with him and he installed the new device quickly and efficiently. Many thanks to Kelly and Burkhardt for a job well done!!
