3 system heating and air conditioning maintenance
Completed a Lennox home comfort system maintenance. Everything is working great!
During a service call for a 20 year old system that was no longer cooling I replaced a failed fan motor and got this unit cooling once again unit.
Install Lennox 5ton communicating furnace with communicating thermostat and uv bulb
Service Call - No AC Downstairs (Frozen Indoor Coil)
Discovered that the American standard ac unit had a leak inside of the coil and was not able to maintain refrigerant charge of R-22.
American standard R-22 unit has gone bad due to leak inside of coil as well as lack of refrigerant inside the unit and R-22 being phased out.
