I just needed a pinhole fixed in a 1/2” copper line. After I was shown it was going to cost $1100, I refused the service. I ended up fixing it myself for under $60. All I needed was a 2” length of 1/2” copper line with 2 fitting. I could not believe the price for 1 hour work. Sorry, but I will never use or recommend you people to anyone.
The technician came on Monday to deal with a no hot water issue. He determined that a part was required over the next 4 days I received no communication on whether a part had been found and when the fix would be complete. Calling ClearView only resulted in a “I will get back to you” response, with no follow up. I requested to speak with a manager and received no response. The technician called yesterday saying that a part had been found in Texas and it would be a week to 10 days to deliver. I asked for the part to be expedited and he was unsure as to when the work would be completed. My concern is that I am the only one with a sense of urgency. I am currently a customer of your yearly service for furnace, boiler & AC. I have yet to see anyone service the AC this year. I am currently evaluating my options.
Very thorough with his work and did a great job.
Jon and Jason were very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that I was shown all options and pricing before having the work done. Everything was done perfectly and expediently. Highly recommend.
I have no concerns with the service itself. My concern is with the scheduling providing me a 12 hour window. This to me implies that you consider your service time more valuable than mine. If this can not be rectified I will be forced to cancel my service contract.
Very professional approach with booking confirmation, heads up reminder, on time arrival, cleanliness and technician's knowledge of the issue we were experiencing. However, we were able to source and replace three toilets for much less than quoted by Clearview (~$1,800 vs. $4,140). We did not need higher grade toilets for the rental unit Clearview was suggesting.
Incredible same day service.. Our plumbing problem was unsolvable to two or three other plumbers, however, Yamil clearly explained our options and gave us the dollar amount.. Jamil was friendly and very knowledgeable about what steps had to be taken to solve our problem. I would definitely want Yamil to be our to go to guy for any future plumbing problems. Thank you Yamil.
Tech came out to perform boiler maintenance inspection. Tech tested glycol levels, pump amperage, cleaned condensate trap, checked for error codes,Tested exhaust motors, tested gas pressure, check air separated, check cross connection Tech advised performing a flush of the system as we can’t confirm when the last time it was done. Tech informed client and work was approved. Tech flush the system. System working well at this time. Tech came out today to perform annual AC inspection. Tech tested torque booster limits, amperage on both compressor and out door fan motor, tested air flow and refrigerant levels. Inspected electrical components for corrosion. System is non functional at this time. Ac system has a major leak tech suspects the condenser coil it’s self has fail due to a large oil stain on the condenser fins. Tech informed client and she will have the original installers come back. Tech turned off the ac disconnect and the ac breaker at this time.
Today I came to Craig’s Okotoks home because his sanitary sewer is collapsing. Craig has explained that the line was backing up. Another company determined the line is made of no corrode (tar&paper) pipe. This pipe typically starts falling apart, ovals, and develops holes and cracks. The line must be excavated and replaced. Craig is happy with my service today and will be discussing the sewer with his wife before he makes a decision.
Today I visited with Kelly in her Okotoks home because she is getting quotes to install a new central air condition system and furnace. Upon inspection of the 1268 square foot home built in 1994 I found the furnace is original and past its life expectancy. I performed a heat load calculation and determined the home requires 51780 btus to properly heat, and a 2 ton ac system to properly cool. Kelly and I discussed the use of the newer refrigerant and Kelly would prefer to install a unit using the older r410-a refrigerant. The water heater is 10 years old and kettling (popcorn popping noise) when it’s fired up indicating heavy sediment build up. There is poly b piping throughout the home with no pipe protection system and no water softener.
Customer needs to connect the gas stove ,job to do connect gas line to the kitchen stove main floor ,after the install gas line was tested with gas leak detector.Complete install.Customer is satisfied with today’s service.

Client called us out today due to a leak on his domestic hot water tank Tech went out found the leak is on a recirculation line on the domestic side of the system. Tech quoted to fix pinhole leak and install a shut off above recirculation line for easier repairs in the future. Client declined and declined travel on dispatch fee.
Tech came out to perform heating maintenance inspection. Tech tested the heating system: checked gas pressure, temperature, exhaust fan amperage test, blower motor amperage test, flame rectification sensor test, exhaust fan vacuum test and a combustion analysis. Furnace is in great working order. Tech found the ducts are very dirty and should be cleaned and the humidifier pad is starting to get calcified. Tech informed clients. They thanked us for coming out
Today I came to Tyler’s home to perform the annual family plan furnace tune up and inspection. Family plan furnace tune up and inspection: Upon tune up and inspection of the 7 year old system I tested and adjusted the gas valve, burners, gas pressure and temperature rise. Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor. Tested ignition system, inducing motor and assembly, blower motor and assembly, heat exchanger, humidifier, static pressures, tested and tightened all electrical connections, all safety switches and control board. Furnace is in fair condition. The flame sensor, ignition system, gas valve, safety switches, control board, and blower motor are all working well with manufacturers specifications. The inducing motor is over amperage indicating internal ware. The inducing motor, and condensate trap are leaking acidic condensate into the furnace causing damage and rust. The furnace is over heating with a temperature rise of 78 degrees when it should be closer to 55 degrees. This is cause
Client called about concerns that her thermostat isn’t working. Tech went out. We installed the furnace a year ago and the thermostat alert was saying to replace the filters tech explained how the thermostat works and how to shut off the alert on The thermostat. No error codes on the furnace. Client signed up for are planned service membership so that each year we will service the system. Client is happy 10/10

Today I came to Rod’s Okotoks home to evaluate the sanitary sewer. 4 years ago Rod experienced a sewer back up. The line was cleared and a camera inspection was done. At the time a large pipe belly under the front attached garage and driveway was found and was quoted for replacement. Rod has noticed his driveway has sunk another 2-3 inches and believes now is the time to replace the pipe. Upon camera inspection today I found a large pipe belly extending from 27 feet under the garage to 47 feet under the driveway. Past this there is another 10 foot belly just in front of the manhole that is the city’s responsibility to replace. I have quoted Rod again to replace the damaged section of pipe on his property. Rod will review the options and let us know how to proceed. August 27, 2024: Crew arrived to begin demolitions of driveway and prepare for sewer excavation. Using a concrete saw, we cut the length of the trench as locates and removed driveway slabs. The debris is scheduled to be co

Today I came to Diana’s Okotoks home because she is getting quotes for a new central air conditioning system. Upon inspection of the 1134square foot home built in 1996 I found the furnace is original. The home will require a 2 ton ac system and a 60000 btu furnace to properly heat and cool. There is poly b piping throughout the home with no water pressure regulator and no water softener. The water pressure in the home is at 86 psi which is considered damaging. August 08, 2024: Arrived, removed old furnace, then levelled and placed the new furnace. Placed ac coil ontop and then tinned in the new coil to existing plenum. Changed 1/2” black iron gas piping and leak checked. Cored 2-1/2” hole and ran system 636 exhaust pipe. Verified for leaks. Rewired electrical shutoff switch and labelled. Installed new receptacle and switch. Added 3/4 condensate drain line into the condensation system and verified for leaks. Set gas pressure 1.8-3.5 “wc Note*: Customer supplied ecobee thermosta

Today Aug 8, 2024 I visited Diane’s Okotoks home to install her air conditioner. During the installation I cored a hole for the lineset ran the lineset. Installed a breaker for the unit, installed a communications wire for the unit to communicate between the outdoor condenser and the furnace. Brazed the line set to the condenser and the evaporator coil. I pressure tested the system and it passed. No leaks found. I then pulled a vacuum on the unit to clean the lineset of any moisture and non combustibles. There was a communica
