I’m not usually one who is compelled to write a review. Literally maybe four ever. Well Conde Tech Services makes number five and it’s well deserved. Being on their service plan I’ve come to expect great service. This last visit wasn’t scheduled maintenance. I had an emergency issue in the evening three days before leaving town. I called them up and spoke with Matt. He was there that evening a couple hours later. As usual his service was amazing and when you talk with him, you know he knows his stuff AND that he cares. Incredibly thorough and always provides additional insights that are extremely helpful. Finally I was pleasantly surprised by the price especially for an emergency call. It really helps to be on their service plan. So glad they are my HVAC service team.
