Jerry came on time, replaced filters, checked A/C unit said the could go as it is but there was an original contact was showing signs of wear. He shared what the problem was, and why it would be good to replace, told him to go ahead, and he replaced it quickly. Highly recommend him and Fairview Heating.

It took a few days and a bit of trial and error, but so far the problem ( periodic on-off heating) seems to have been rectified. Both service technicians explained the issue, and provided choices to rectify the problem. As I said, it took a couple trips, but so far, so good. We have dealt with Fairview for 20+ years, always with satisfactory results

A customer complained about some rooms being too warm. Found a disconnected duct joint in the attic reducing airflow to certain areas. Sealed the joint, reinforced insulation, and balanced the system. All rooms are now receiving proper airflow.
Performed a routine HVAC maintenance check for a customer before summer temperatures rise. Checked refrigerant levels, cleaned the condenser coil, tested capacitor and contactor, and changed the air filter. System is running at peak efficiency, and no issues were found.
A homeowner called because their AC suddenly stopped working on a warm day. After inspection, we found a failed capacitor and replaced it. We also checked the compressor and fan motor to ensure there were no additional issues. System is back up and running.
A customer reported that their AC was running but not cooling the house. After diagnosing the system, we found a low refrigerant charge and a clogged evaporator coil. We performed a coil cleaning, recharged the refrigerant to manufacturer specifications, and tested the system. It’s now cooling efficiently again.

Repaired a furnace in Antioch, CA that was cycling on and off frequently. Diagnosed a dirty flame sensor causing the issue. Cleaned the sensor, tested the ignition system, and inspected the burners for proper operation. Today, I completed heater repair in Antioch on a Rheem furnace. The unit was not igniting. I found a faulty ignition control module, which I replaced with a new Rheem part. After testing the system, the furnace is now operating smoothly and heating the home properly.
I performed AC repair on a Trane system in Antioch. The unit was not cooling due to a faulty thermal expansion valve. I replaced the valve, cleaned the coils, and topped off the refrigerant. After testing, the AC was cooling effectively again.
I repaired a York LX Series gas furnace in Antioch, CA, that had a faulty inducer motor. I replaced the motor with a compatible OEM part and cleared debris from the venting system. Additionally, I inspected the heat exchanger and tested the gas valve. The system was restored to safe and efficient operation.
