We meet initially with Andy Hobaica and he was very open and detailed with laying out all the info for us to decide on which system(s) would be best for us. On the morning of the install - the install team (Angel & Ethan) were exactly on time and we’re very professional and nice. They finished in 8 hours including the removal of the old AC unit outside, and the install of a new one, the removal of the old air handler in the attic and install of a new one, replacing all the tubing, electrical, plus a new drain pan, and the replacement of our old mercury thermostat with a new programmable digital one. They covered everything that was exposed in our laundry room before going into the attic, then cleaned up everything after. The entire experience was stress free and each member of the Hobaica team (Andy, Angel, & Ethan, and Tina - our office contact) were very knowledgeable & polite, and answered all of our questions before, during, and at the end of the install. Even though they are based in Cave Creek and we live in Gilbert- they came highly recommended from friends in the HVAC business and after our experience - we know why. They were competitively priced and their customer service went far and above our expectations.

In Gilbert Az, performing a scheduled maintenance on a Lennox split furnace and straight cool unit. Inspected indoor temperature differential, indoor airflow, amp drive indoor motors, inspected motors and indoor coil, tightened electrical connections. At condenser checked refrigerant pressures, checked amp draw of compressor and outdoor fan motor, this unit has inverter technology and has no capacitors, this unit is operating properly and efficiently at this time. Performed gas split air conditioner maintenance in cooling. Checked air filter, thermostat, coils, electrical, capacitors, controls, safeties, airflow, temperature split, refrigerant pressures, motors and bearings, compressor and amperages, flushed condensate drain line and rinsed outdoor coil with water. In Gilbert Arizona during a scheduled maintenance on a Goodman split heat pump in cooling mode. I checked and changed the air filter , engaged the thermostat into cooling. Recorded indoor temperatures, indoor air flow, indoor blower and coil cleanliness and amp draw of indoor blower, tested indoor motors capacitor, flushed drain line, check refrigerant charge and amp draw of compressor and outdoor fan motor and capacitor. In Gilbert Arizona. I arrive to perform a scheduled indoor blower and indoor coil cleaning I disassembled the indoor blower housing to pull the blower wheel out and separate the motor from the blower assembly to be cleaned. Once cleaned I reassembled the blower motor and got it back inside the blower compartment. And then clean the indoor coil with solution and agitated it with a brush then rinsed it with water. I reassembled the unit and cycled it on and off to ensure it’s functioning properly
In Gilbert Arizona, I completed a scheduled maintenance on a Daikin split heat pump. I checked indoor temperature splits, indoor airflow, indoor motor amp draw‘s, capacitors, I checked rinsed and flushed the drain line. The drain has a blowout valve which I use nitrogen to blow through the line.
