We meet initially with Andy Hobaica and he was very open and detailed with laying out all the info for us to decide on which system(s) would be best for us. On the morning of the install - the install team (Angel & Ethan) were exactly on time and we’re very professional and nice. They finished in 8 hours including the removal of the old AC unit outside, and the install of a new one, the removal of the old air handler in the attic and install of a new one, replacing all the tubing, electrical, plus a new drain pan, and the replacement of our old mercury thermostat with a new programmable digital one. They covered everything that was exposed in our laundry room before going into the attic, then cleaned up everything after. The entire experience was stress free and each member of the Hobaica team (Andy, Angel, & Ethan, and Tina - our office contact) were very knowledgeable & polite, and answered all of our questions before, during, and at the end of the install. Even though they are based in Cave Creek and we live in Gilbert- they came highly recommended from friends in the HVAC business and after our experience - we know why. They were competitively priced and their customer service went far and above our expectations.

repair for now, upstairs Trane indoor Model 4tec3f48b1000aa serial 112361xc1v in attic, I removed bad blower motor and carefully replaced with new OEM indoor blower motor and capacitor. Checked out system in cooling and it is now operating properly, as courtesy I did add 8 ounces of R410a to get sub cooling up from six to factory recommended eight.
