First off, Andy Hobaica came to our home and was extremely knowledgeable, charismatic, funny and most of extremely transparent. He looked in every area of our home and pointed out issues, potential issues and different options of AC's to us. We couldn't have been more satisfied with him. For Jorge Valenzuela and his team that came out.....EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. He and his whole team worked diligently throughout the day and kept us in tow of what to expect and what was happening. They were extremely polite and kept my home clean as they were working in such confined spaces with a lot of insulation blowing around. At the end, they educated us on the new system and cleaned up and everywhere, including the sidewalk out in front of my home. They all were amazing.

At arrival found system is maintaining 77 in the house today however customer reports system was down for several hours yesterday. Temp split is good 81/60. Blower relay appears ok and no loose wires. I Found thermostat very loose to the wall as well as loose from the subbase, unable to click it back in place and thermostat should be replaced or may cause intermittent issue. Previous quote of outdoor fan motor should be done, previous tech noted it overamping. outdoor fan motor only pulling amp
