danny unglaub came to check out my ac unit . went throught every step he took to service the unit including pictures and video of equipment cleaned the coils and made repairs where needed.great job i would say you have a 1st rate employee.a great asset to your company. thank you for the service.
Danny came for the maintenance appointment promptly. He was very professional and gave me excellent advice. I appreciate him answering all of my questions about my A/C. He was meticulous and thorough in his work.

To the Executive Team of Hobaica: I wanted to send an email to address a quote of service that we acted upon and paid today. First, let me start by saying the tech that came out (Ron J) was amazing. His customer service, thoroughness and professionalism was impeccable. On a scale of 1-10, Ron gets a “20”! As for the company, I feel beyond scammed and taken advantage of based upon what we were charged today. As a common business practice, I called your mainline to get an itemized receipt for accounting purposes. I was told they could not provide that information. I asked how much was labor per hour, they could not provide that rate to me as well; I was told that everything was based on a flat rate. I asked who could I call to find out the information, they could not provide me with a contact person either. We were quoted and paid $548.70 for a blower relay (not including the $99.00 we paid yesterday to have you come out), through personal research after the fact, I discovered the part only cost est $70; so basically we were scammed into paying $478.00 in labor (or flat rate) for a job that took less than an hour. Because of Ron, we were interested in inquiring and maybe signing a maintenance contract with your establishment (3 Suites & 4 Units) for service, but having been scammed out of so much money, we have decided to look elsewhere. We received your information from one of your current customers (another establishment); however, I regret to inform you that I will be contacting them this weekend to let them know how we were treated. Again, Kudos to Ron, he is an amazing tech! Hobaica, as a new customer, I am highly dissatisfied.
