River showed up early and checked everything in our AC unit to make sure it worked reliably. He explained everything he found, nothing needed fixed. He also talked to me about some things I wanted to have done later.

Tech was very professional. Recommended some probable capacitor replacements may be necessary and sent estimates for same. He took time to explain what would be involved and we discussed the ages of the two units. I chose to think about this and talk it over with a family member before proceeding.
