Best a/c service ever. Binh climbed into the ceiling and and down several times over 2 days and was able to get cooling on the second. He had everything working today.
Binh came out same day and was able to fix our HVAC unit by swapping out the capacitor in exquisite time!

performed gas heating maintenance, performed full combustion analysis, cleaned burner assembly, inspected flame rod, igniter and safeties, measured airflow and temperature rise and blower motor operation. Air filters badly need changed more often, I highly recommend duct cleaning for each system which incudes cleaning the indoor coils and entire blower assembly, condensate drain pan and drain line as well as the clothes dryer vent. Additionally I found there is rust in the emergency drain pan of the older trane unit located in the attic, I recommend adding a condensate safety flood preventer switch inside of this pan to help make sure no more water gets in it. Please see attached estimates, customer stated her husband will let us know about duct cleaning and the condensate safety, she declined both for now.

Last four serial #7113. Upon arrival met with Bryce and he said he the upstairs system out door unit did not come on. I went out back and checked out door unit and found system is ok. Found breaker tripped. Checked lugs and found they were loose. Tighten up lugs at breaker and cycle system back on. Checked system operational and found system is operational ok at this time.

Found bedroom side system low on r410a, I completed visual and electronic leak search and did not locate any leaks. System took 5 lbs r410a to get back to factory specs and cooling and heating well again at this time. Outdoor Serial 5817b10136 and indoor serial 1617F02860. System may have leak that if becomes worse we can find and repair. Systems are now both operating properly and ready for winter. Thank you for your continued confidence.
