Best a/c service ever. Binh climbed into the ceiling and and down several times over 2 days and was able to get cooling on the second. He had everything working today.
Binh came out same day and was able to fix our HVAC unit by swapping out the capacitor in exquisite time!

Brandon arrives on time, completes his work efficiently and with minimal impact on household, and provides all the information about current condition of our system and any possible future maintenance needs.

In San tan valley Az. Completed the heating maintenance on a Goodman split heat pump. Check temperatures, indoor airflow, amp draw on motors, tested capacitors, checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures, Tighten and checked all electrical connections and components. We switched the payment frequency of the maintenance plan Gayle is paying for. Gayle opted to stay on the Gold tier maintenance plan. The split heat pump is operating properly at this time

Checked air filter, thermostat, coils, electrical, capacitors, controls, safeties, airflow, temperature split, refrigerant pressures, motors and bearings, compressor and amperages, flushed condensate drain line and rinsed outdoor coil with water. Air filters badly need changed more often, I highly recommend duct cleaning for each system which incudes cleaning the indoor coils and entire blower assembly, condensate drain pan and drain line as well as the clothes dryer vent. Additionally I found there is rust in the emergency drain pan of the older trane unit located in the attic, I recommend adding a condensate safety flood preventer switch inside of this pan to help make sure no more water gets in it. Please see attached estimates, customer stated her husband will let us know about duct cleaning and the condensate safety, she declined both for now.
