Very Bad!

I was charged 99.00 for someone to come out and sit in my drive way for 40 minutes on his cell phone. Said he knock on door no one came to door. But we came outside and stood looking at him and he never got out. What nice customer service that was! Never use them again!!

During my maintenance for the customer, I found multiple issues I wanted to bring to his attention. The first issue being is that I found the indoor blower motor and the outdoor condenser fan motor to be bad. I have quoted up to replace both of those. I also found that the refrigerant pressures are low. The refrigerant is R22 which means we cannot add any. And I also found that the compressor is mega booming bad. I have called for a territory manager, who is talking to the customer at this time.

Arrived to the customers home and greeted her at the door. Spoke with the customer about how the system had been performing and I’ve had any concerns. Customer states tried to have ductwork cleaned through Atlantic duck cleaning, but being system is duckboard was unable to perform. Perform today’s maintenance including all cleanings per contract Completed maintenance inspection, checklist, uploaded pictures and videos. answered all customer questions about potentially having ductwork replaced in the future. Return system to service.

Upon arrival spoke with customer and turned system on. Found indoor coil and blower dirty but found no leaks. Blower was working. Unit is level. Went outside and found capacitor had failed for bringing compressor on. Spoke with customer about cleanings and membership and capacitor and customer only wanted to replace capacitor. Put new capacitor in and started system. Dana no compressor amped within specs. Can not be 100% about refrigerant levels due to system being dirty but system is working at this time of service.

during my inspection I found a couple things. The customer was interested in first thing that the air filter was extremely dirty and need to be cleaned. After talking with her. We decided that she was just gonna go ahead and get new pleated filters. The system was extremely clean just the filter was very dirty. The ductwork was also very dirty. I gave the customer the option to do a duct cleaning. She wanted to wait until she got her taxes back. I am giving her a call in two weeks to go over that option. Also, I noticed that there was no search protector on the indoor unit. I also gave the customer to do this as well. All other information is in the check sheet which I emailed a customer

Upon arrival customer showed me location of filter thermostat and indoor and outdoor. System has seemed to be operating properly with no issues brought up. When adjusting thermostat to test heat strips they were amping properly at 18. Amps. When looking at the blower wheel there was an accumulation of dust would recommend cleaning to prolong life and improve efficiency. When inspecting blower amps were in correct range at 1.25. When inspecting coil could see build up around the coil would recommend cleaning the coil and possibly adding photo max to help clean and prevent growths. When inspecting outdoor unit could see low voltage wiring sheathing was crack exposing the wires do recommend replacing to prevent any possible shorts. Outdoor coil is dirty with dust and debris pressure readings are inaccurate do to cleanliness. Did see some charing on contactor but all electrical connections were tight. Would also recommend surge protector for indoor and outdoor to help keep electrical c
