Scheduled a follow-up visit at the home of a loyal existing customer after a recent installation to verify that the newly installed Lennox Elite dual-fuel system was operating as designed, including the 20.0 SEER2 heat pump and 98.1% AFUE furnace, and that all components were properly installed and secured. During this visit, we confirmed the correct setup of the communicating thermostat, checked system performance and airflow, and ensured the system was delivering optimal efficiency, reliability, and quiet operation as intended.
