Responded to a no-heat call. The club member reported their heating system was blowing cool air, the house had dropped to about 60°F, and the unit was showing four red flashing lights with one green light. After inspecting the system and verifying no clogs, we diagnosed the heating failure and restored proper operation. The customer was relieved and satisfied to have heat back on during the cold evening.
