Responded to a cooling issue in Morrisville, PA 19067. The customer’s system was running but not dropping below 74°, and we found the condensate line frozen. Upon inspection, the AC was undercharged with refrigerant. We added 3 lbs of R-22 to restore proper cooling and attempted a leak search, though none was detected. Customer signed up for our service agreement for ongoing maintenance and peace of mind.
