Came back out for a rescheduled heating visit for a loyal customer. Found that one side of the 15 kW electric heat kit had failed, leaving the system running at only 10 kW. We replaced the dual start assist, installed a new filter, and verified proper operation after repairs. The customer was relieved to have the issue diagnosed and fixed and now has peace of mind knowing the Carrier system is heating correctly for winter.
