Conducted a heating tune-up for an existing customer. During the visit, they mentioned they hadn’t had the ducts cleaned in 7–8 years and had recently noticed a strange odor in the home, possibly from a rodent inside the ductwork. As part of the visit, we inspected the furnace, cleaned the burners, checked electrical components, verified combustion, and confirmed proper airflow throughout the home. Inspected the accessible ducts and surrounding areas while on-site, and everything appeared clean with no signs of rodents, debris, or blockages, and the system is operating safely and efficiently.
