Fredy is the best

Despite wrong wiring of my brand new heat pump during initial installation , despite charging me for parts that never should be replaced and charging me for labor for parts that never should be replaced and after replacement not testing them after replacement was done , Despite of ruin all treats on covers of my air handler during seasonal tune-up , despite destroying fins on my brand new compressor by pushing and hanging measurement equipment on ventilation holes of my outdoor equipment , despite that CEO is not responsive on emails and phone calls and completely ignoring my requests and my dissatisfaction with the service , I always gave a chance to this company and was hopping for improvement , despite on all horrible service and uneducated troubleshooting and wrong parts replacement ,there was always hope , eventually miracle happened , Miracle happened when Fredy Trinidad arrived. For all of you out there if you are dealing with NICE company , always request Fredy Trinidad , because he is highly skilled , professionally educated and master class technician with ability comprehend an issue , ability perform high level troubleshooting and fix your system quick and do this right and do this one time. I would like to thank Fredy for all what he did so far: He provided me with great service, he is customer oriented, hardworking, and dedicated man.

This option is the least expensive option that would safely address what we were called out for. ***Indoor coil may also need to be replaced, if customer proceeds with this option we will need to perform pressure and vacuum test to determine if indoor coil also needs replacement.*** Return visit to replace the outdoor TXV , the bi-flow filter drier to evacuate the system and refrigerant recharge. Performed electronic leak search on the condenser coil and the Eva oil, found very small refrigerant leaks at the suction and discharge valves, advised the client to have us replace the outdoor system, the client just wanted to replace the Txv and do the repairs. Removed the old outdoor TXV then removed the biflow drier, pressurized the system to 200 psig , pulled vacuum then recharge the system with R 410a, final cycled the system. Job complete

Customer explained that system has not been cooling and that they had to previously add refrigerant in the past. Upon arrival found system not cooling, 0° temp split. Found system refrigerant charge low, charged to manufacturer specs with R410A and recommend performing a leak search to determine location of leak. Blower and compressor capacitors are failing and need to be replaced. Condenser coil dirty. System is 14 years old and has reached its life expectancy making it more prone to failures. Blower wheel and motor are also 100% impacted and require chemical cleaning. Lots of biological growth throughout air handler, system needs virucide fogger sanitation treatment and UV light to kill and prevent biological growth. Filter is not adequate size, needs 19x21x1”. Blower and dual capacitors are failing and in need of replacement. System R22 refrigerant charge is very low and requires charging and leak search. We arrived to clients home for evaporator change out. Once we hooked up our gauges, we realized there was zero refrigerant in the system. We proceeded to take out the old evaporator and place the new one in. We finished brazing the lines and put the system in vacuum. After reaching its required vacuum level, we charged the system with 7lbs if r410a. We let the system cycle for 20 min so we could get an accurate reading. We checked out supply and return temperatures and we were satisfied with the cooling. We wrapped up the job and thanked customer for their business. Evaporator coil under warranty Evacuation and recharge Filter drier Warranty processing fee
