Since unit installed 2015- every year or other treat I would have to have coolant added to get the system cooling. The service technician that was just here was professional and did an outstanding job. He knew it was losing coolant and was persistent in finally locating the leak. After checking the air handler and outside pipes he was the first technician to examine the inside of the outside unit. It took some time but he finally found a small leak which he attributed to a factory defect which may have been the cause since installation. Finally I feel confidence in the unit working as it should!
