Summer maintenance!! AC check up on two systems. Test system on cool. inspected air handler on 2nd floor. Drain lines, blower compartment and ducting all in good shape and functioning to spec. Down stairs furnace blower compartment was nice and clean. drains are flowing properly. Changed out all filter and washed washable filter.
