Complete no cool call. Customer states the ac is not cooling. After inspection I found a clogged primary drain line. The float switch was full of water which caused the unit to lose power. Our customer accidentally had a different ac company perform her last maintenances and she had issues with them. I don’t believe they cleared the drain at all due to the buildup. I cleared and flushed the drain line and tested for proper drainage. Our customer is now a prime maintenance member with us again. I cycled and inspected the system for proper operation.
