No! transparency. Of The secret agent or technician that came out my home he was not a personable individual however he did try sell me a motor for 2,0000 and a coil cleaning for 1,000.00. What was interesting while he talked on the phone with his organization in an attempt to get a replacement motor, I moved closer to him to hear what the office person was saying, he immediately walked to the street as if he was a secret agent on a mission, in an attempt to hide or mask what the other person was saying on the phone, which is a tail tail sign in any business of shady practices is a foot “no transparency”. it made me wonder what was being said to cause him to be so adamant of preventing me to hear the conversation. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Also just to come out was 89.99. Most other a/c repair shops charge 69.99-79.99.

Remove and dispose of the old equipment. Install AZV6SA36/AHVE36CP1300/AMANA SMART STAT Horizontal Pan and safety switches Condenser Pad Ten Year Parts and Labor Permit and Inspection Customer is aware of Electrical Wire for air handler. We can get him in touch with our electrician. upon arrival, meet and greet with customer get started tearing out all equipment. Replaced new air handler in attic on new hanging kit new drain pan new Amana thermostat on wall run new communicating wire from thermostat to air handler new communicating wire from condenser to air handler flush pipe line set with R 11 flush flush drain line nitrogen test copper line at 400 psi vacuum down to 500 µm charge unit to factory specs check in cool and heat modes. Everything is complete pictures taken of all work. Will need to return for circuits to be ran separately. Both circuits are ran on one breaker
Checked all major components: Freon levels compressor , fan motor , capacitor, temperature split, static pressure, flushed drain line , rinsed condenser coil, removed leaves from condenser,checked filters. Based on readings compressor has high start up amps and Evap coil is very dirty and need to be cleaned . Recommend customer to add a hard start kit to lower those amperages and do a pull and clean coil . Also recommend customer to get an electronic air cleaner to prevent this happening in the future . Customer agreed to do the hard start kit for now. on arrival, meet and greet with customer get started with work scheduled for the day pump system down, unhook from drain line low-voltage for flow switch and copper all unhooked to pull coil and clean clean coil outside pictures taken of all work completed clean inside and outside of entire cabinet checked all components outside for amperage’s and N everything checks out to factory specs job is comple payment is collected

Found growth on old Plenum installed new Plenum with new tabs, sealed inside and out, checked for air leakage, no air leakage, major system start it up Insured unit was running factory specs job done.
Add one new return, 12 supplies and 2 returns total. Non permitted but up to code. Homeowner will pull permit herself in the future. Remove both ducts to master and enlarge them with 8 inch flex and dampers, add damper to lower dressing room duct, one bag 8 inch flex 3 collars, one 8-7 reducer, one 7-6 reducer. The goal is to get more airflow to master. Two 8 inch dampers and one 6 inch damper needed. On arrival at job noticed that we need a 10 to 8 reducer called Rick brought out 10 to 8 reducer Got all work completed pictures taken of all work completed 8 inch replaced 6 inch supply for master bedroom and 8 inch replaced old return in master bedroom job is complete
