These guys were great

I had a new AC installed today and couldn't be happier. They were on time, courteous, very knowledgeable, and did a bang up job. The pricing for my new unit was very competitive and they even threw in a UV light. They were problem solvers not just going through the motions. I highly recommend them.

Great service and knowledgeable techs

AC all of a sudden quit cooling. Justin and Leo came out did a pressure test and found system low. Performed a leak test and in minutes located leak at drier outside. Replaced part, vacuumed system and recharged. Best part is final price came in cheaper. Thanks guys for the hard work during this summer heat to keep your customers cool.

Unit not cooling due to failed indoor blower motor. Need to replace blower motor under warranty. Need to call customer tomorrow morning for scheduling. System not cooling at this time. Could not install rescue motor due to it being an ECM motor.

Units control board and relay for control board caught fire. This damaged multiple wires running to the blower motor which is an ECM motor and damaged refrigeration line insulation. This unit will need to be replaced due to the fact of it being unsafe to start replacing parts on the unit. This is not a fault of the customer this is just a fault of the equipment installed. Corey is scheduled for tomorrow morning 8-10 to quote a new unit

Unit was not shutting off on primary float switch letting water overflow in the drain pan and out the return. Completely cleared drain line and installed new primary float switch and tested it to make sure it turned unit off. Left system in good working order

Customer not cooling due to a failed defrost control board. I told customer I could bypass it but he declined he said a company is coming out on Tuesday to quote him for a new unit. I informed him if he doesn’t move forward with a new unit we have no problem putting in a new board for him. Left system off.

System not cooling due to an impacted line voltage wire going to the condenser. I referred her to Don the electrician and he is on his way now to fix the issue for her. Just charged customer for diagnosis

System not cooling due to a clogged orifice piston and low on R22. If repair were to happen we need to replace piston and perform a leak search and replace that component. Customer wants to move forward on an estimate. Could not find data plate for air handler. Need to contact first thing Monday morning to schedule Corey for that day. He would like a portable unit if he confirms with us on Monday

Unit shutting off due to float switch being tripped. Cleared drain line to the best of my ability unit was extremely old and recommended replacement unit declined at this time. Unit will likely back up again due to how dirty and impacted the evaporator coil is. Customer is aware of this. Could not collect date from condenser due to the data plate being ineligible. Unit running properly at this time.

Cycled and inspected equipment. Found drain line in poor condition and customer requested new drain line. Found air handler cabinet contaminated with bio growth which is causing odor. Also found dual capacitor weak. Installed a new dual capacitor. Customer approved new drain line. Left system cooling for now. Recommend: new equipment due to cost of repair, age, and overall condition of equipment.

Unit shutting off on float safety switch. Performed full system tune up which would include drain line for customer. Completely cleared drain line, checked all pressures, amps, and electrical connections and updated critical cool cloud updates. Noticed sweating on the bottom of the unit and high humidity levels in the house. Variable speed motor and dehumidifier seem to be operating properly. Recommended to customer that we install some more returns in the house to lower static pressure airflow. Customer is interested in a quote for returns being cut in. I advise Corey come out to give the most accurate quote and best locations for returns to be installed. Left system working properly at this time.

System working upon arrival. System is having an intermittent blower motor failure. Customer is making a decision if he wants to go ahead and replace it or not. He is the second owner of home so motor may not be under warranty but we need to call and still check. If it isn’t he would like to be contacted to know the exact price of the new blower motor so he can make a decision. If we do put a new motor in customer has a $50 repair coupon that needs to be applied.

Replaced indoor blower motor and got system running and cooling properly. Double checked refrigerant after system was running properly and pressures were right within spec. Upstairs unit is having issues satisfying temp but it’s doing the work of 2 systems and pressures for that system are perfect. I theorize that once both units are working properly the upstairs one will have no problem satisfying temp. Left both systems in good working order, customer satisfied.
