Arionna is wonderful! Very knowledgable. Excellent services and quality product.
Austin was hands down the BEST air technician I have ever had the encounter of chatting with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything to me every step of the way. The office staff was incredible. From the first time I spoke with them to schedule the appointment. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future I would recommend them to anyone.
Technician was excellent. Made me aware of all issues and provided itemized quotes for all work to be done.
Jess explained AC issues and was very pleasant. I would recommend her highly.
All my interactions with the staff from Total Air have been excellent. Very professional and sincerely kind. That includes phone calls with Laurie as well as workers like Jake. It is so refreshing in this crazy and unpersonal world we live in....thanks so much to all!

Customer is concerned the thermostat is blank and not reading display. The thermostat is wiring correct terminal and no display on thermostat. Checked the batteries in the thermostat. The batteries are bad and needs to be replaced. Customer has approved for the batteries to be replaced. Replace 2 AA batteries and checked system operation. The display is working properly and unit is heating properly and running well. Test unit for cooling and unit is cooling properly. Thank you for choosing Total Air.
Upon arrival to system no heat, I was shown to a split system located in the attic space. The homeowner had informed me that the system was operating well in the cooling mode but wouldn’t turn off and stayed in the heating mode. Upon inspection I found the thermostat to be in the off mode but still running the heating in the A/H unit. Even with the thermostat off I still had voltage going to the fan and the heat kit inside the unit. This thermostat has failed and needs to be replaced. Pulled out old thermostat and replaced with a new T6 pro and programmed to factory specifications. Cycled the system in all modes. System functioned properly and turned off when the mode was set to the off position. I’m highly recommending, pulling the fan motor and cleaning the fan wheel due to buildup on the wheel that’s causing stress to the motor. Cleaning this wheel can insure a higher system, efficiency as well as ensuring the motor isn’t overworking. Neither the indoor or the outdoor unit is
Install recall. Due to system being a Heat Pump, the jumper wire connected to O,R, and DS needs to be removed. Customer upgraded to pure air X.
Upon arrival customer told me he just bought the house in the house with a flip. He wanted us to check out the unit and give him recommendations. Open up the air handler and found a lot of sheet rock dust in the blower and on the cabinet. Pulled the blower motor and cleaned the blower cabinet and wheel of all sheet rock dust. Also recommend the pure air X and with the UV I clean the evaporator coil in place. If they’re installing and cleaning the system now I turn the unit on heat and cool and everything is running as it should. Went into the attic and the ductwork is in good shape. There is no insulation in attic and the boots are metal and are not insulated good cause condensation and water spots in ceiling if not taken care of. I did quote on having insulation installed in attic
Leak was coming from the nut of the piston. I tightened down the nut to ensure that it was properly sealed. I added 4lbs of refrigerant to the system to satisfy factory charge. I advised the customer to have a pure air UV light installed inside the air handler. Customer agreed that he will have it installed but wants to wait until the spring time when he gets the next check up to move forward with the work. Please schedule work to be performed when the next tune up is scheduled.
Jonathan 727-598-6055 Tore out existing duct work replaced with new flex spider system new supply plenum customer happy and paid
12,000 BTU air handler head in living room 9000 BTU air handler head in bedroom installed brand new copper lineset brand new communication wire brand new PVC drains brand new linehide covering system held pressure over 400 psi G in vacuum below 500 µm started system up and charged to factory spec. Upon completion of installation. Customer paid balance in full job is inspection ready Wired contracting was out and ran brand new circuit in service receptacle.
Return to customers home to perform court at work. Removed old blower motor from air handler unit. Installed new blower motor and got unit up and running. The house was heating and cooling after blower motor was installed. Per recommendation installed two surge protectors one on outside unit and one on air handler. And replaced pure air bulb
Upon arrival Property maintenance show me an air handler in a condenser on the roof that was freezing up. The evap coil is clean. indoor fan motor was running went on the roof check the capacitor and everything is running as it should. Put gauges on the system and the Freon is really low. Priced out to do a lease search and customer said they’re going to have the company that installed it come back out. Property maintenance said he is going to add Freon himself. He’s been doing it for the last month of adding 2 to 3 pounds every two weeks. I gave him a price to add 3 pounds of Freon and do a leak search and customer declined. this is a commercial apartment complex please bill
Non Warranty Compressor Returned and installed compressor. Leak tested at 300 psi with nitrogen. Pulled vacuum below 500 microns. Weighed in refrigerant charge. Tested operation. System operating properly at this time.
Complete no heat call. I did an inspection of the hvac system. The system is completely down as the indoor fan motor has failed. The system is still under warranty. The customer approved for the replacement of the motor. The office will reach out with a time frame once the part is sourced. Air handler data info: Model- FX4DNF025 Serial- 1016A72857 To help prevent a motor failure in the future I have recommended adding surge protection devices on both the air handler and condenser. There are (2) Uv systems installed at the air handler. The pure air x system is working properly. The Top-tech 24v system has a bulb that is dead. I informed the customer of this and added an estimate to replace the bulb. System is down until repairs are made. I talked to both the owner and property manager. I have updated them with the findings. The owner advised me she will pay online. Thank you for choosing Total Air!
Installed pure air. Performed evaporator clean in place and wiped down housing. Equipment is operating properly. Thank you for always choosing Total Air!
Upon arrival customer service AC unit in attic that needed tuneup. Checked all amps and volts. Cleared condensate drain. The evaporator coil was clean. Do recommend a pure air X and drain salve. Went to condenser checked all amps and volts. Did recommend a surge protector. Customer renewed membership
Arrived to replace fan capacitor and primary float switch. Showed customer old switch and how it was failing. After install I tested and confirmed new switch and capacitor is working properly. Collected signatures and payment. This job has been completed. Thank you for choosing Total Air! Customer had a $50 coupon. Photo uploaded to ST. Materials and photos added.
Condensate pump putting itself into cleaning mode every time it is activated. The only solution is to replace the condensate pump. Customer was going to order and install the condensate pump herself.
