Friendly reminder it’s good overall knowledge. Highly recommend
My “go to” company for real estate transactions, great to work with!
My A/C went out on Friday afternoon(of course) but Jon came out and worked quickly and diligently for two hours well into the evening. Identified a bad breaker that was caused by the solar installers beforehand. Very efficient, very fast, very professional.
It’s my first time with this company.great service prices are reasonable
The guys at total air were awesome. The crew showed up when they said, did a great job installing our new ac unit, informed us of the next steps to take and we’re all really nice
Replaced the capacitor and the condenser fan motor everything is in working order at this time . During the winter months the power bills are excessive please remember to check amp draw on heater and inspect fan speed also wire size.
Charged unit with 2 lb of 410a and evaluated the units leak it’s slow and unit is running normal at this time.
Upon arrival customer showed me an ac unit in the closet that needed tuned up. The evap coil is clean. Cleaned the condensate pump with water and nitrogen. Checked the system for proper amps and volts. Went to the condenser and Checked the system for proper amps and volts. The compressor is not running. It is going off on heat overload. Could not get any information off the units.
Upon arrival customer said the leak was coming from the duct work. Cut a hole in the sheet rock and it was coming from the floor above them. There is nothing wrong with the ac or the duct work.
After careful inspection of the unit I was unable to find the hole where the smoke from the neighbors house is coming through. We would need access to the neighbors duct system
Complete fan motor replacement. Cycle and inspect equipment. Unit is in normal operating condition.
Upon arrival customer told me the ac was not working. Another company came out and put Freon in the system about 2 weeks ago. I put my gauges on and it is really low on Freon. Pulled the covers off and there is oil all in the pan. The Evap coil needs to be replaced. Not under warranty. Only collected a diagnostic fee. Owner of home is away and will call if he wants a new evap coil or get a quote for new system.
Upon arrival customer thought the air handler blower was not blowing correctly. The blower is working correctly. And cooling the house. The 1 Vent was condensating. The duct is intakes. I put insulation on the inside of the vent and fixed the louvers.
Customer purchased motor so we can’t warranty it.
Upon arrival customer showed me the air conditioner its a 3.5 ton horizontal in new condition it has an active uv light stick and a clean coil. I cleaned and rinsed out the drain pan checked the amp draw and all wiring connections, confirmed the puron charge and tested the capacitor. Everything is in good working order at this time.
Pulled out 12’ crushed flex from underneath mobile home, replaced with all brand new 12in flex trunk line return to the unit. Should be able to to return a noticeable amount of air back to the unit, way better than before!
Upon arrival customer told me the thermostat is saying the humidity is to night. I took a temp split and checked coil and filter and it is in perfect range. Put gauges on the system and the number are in perfect range. System is running good with no issues.
Units in good running order at this time couldn’t find or hear the noise it could be a fan motor going bad
