Arrived at customer's house to complete drain problem. On arrival customers showed me permission from HOA to perform more invasive drain clearing methods. 1st blew line with nitrogen from uptop. Identified pipe at bottom and vacuumed that drain line. Blew nitrogen behind. Got good amount of drain jelly.Check inside cabinet under evaporator coil Pan. Vacuumed out any sign of drain jelly. Place drain Pan tablet in back middle and front of drain. showed customer how to Properly relieve the secondary reservoir. Started up unit and unit started fine. Refrigerant readings are within acceptable range. Unit producing proper Delta T. Unit is in good working condition. Check in with customer and customer was pleased with work performed. Collective payment and signature and left. Customer happy.
