Customer concerned about unit not cooling properly. Checked filter location and inspected air handler unit. Located the main filter is clogged and not letting unit breathe properly. Dirty filter causes no air flow across the evaporator coil and not cooling correctly Checked temperature split and replaced filter with customer provided filter. Filter replaced. Unit is cooling well and drains at this time.
