Arrived in the Homeowner greeting me at the door Went through the entire system Went through the amount of thermostat that amount of thermostat could not locate the outside unit Went to the safety switch and found barely a little bit of water in it Went outside to the outside condenser and started testing all components and connections I found out that the service disconnect is faulty, not allowing high voltage to come through I bypass that with hard wire nuts because the panel has a 60 amp breaker need to return and install 60 amp fused disconnect to replace the disconnect they had out there This is the original disconnect not part of the install I don’t carry this type of disconnect on my truck and will return tomorrow and install also a homeowner is thinking about signing up with the maintenance plan with me tomorrow because she wants me to regularly clean out her unit.
