The patient came in today to have a dental porcelain crown put on. Placed on with permanent cement and checked bite with blue paper. The patient was happy with the fit and look of their dental crown.
Patient presented for hygiene cleaning and periodic exam. Heavy plaque buildup throughout and moderate calculus lower anteriors and maxillary buccals. Discussed proper brushing techniques and flossing daily. Extremely sensitive for cleanings, topical didn't help. Had some fillings adjusted after cleaning to hopefully help with the sensitivity.
Patient presented for hygiene cleaning, xrays, and periodic exam. Treatment plan includes extractions and bone grafts, crowns/buildups, composite fillings, implants and maxillary partial. Patient will schedule to get started soon.

Patient presented for hygiene cleaning, periodontal charting, and periodic exam. Patient has upper and lower removable partial dentures. Recently chipped lower partial and needed smoothing out roughness today. Pending treatment of composite restorations.
Patient was seen today to have her cleaning and check up by the dentist and hygienist. She has her upper denture cleaned and her lower denture treatment planned to be done next year. SHe also was treatment planned to have a filling done and a build up and crown.

The patient was in the office today for a surgical extraction of tooth #29 topical anesthetic and local anesthesia were given tooth was extracted with a surgical bur, an elevator and forceps
Patient presented for hygiene cleaning, panoramic xray, periodontal charting, and periodic exam. Pending treatment of new crown and new partial. Great hygiene.

Patient was seen for six month cleaning and check up by the dentist. Patient is treatment planned to come back for a next six month cleaning.
Patient presented for new hygiene foundation cleaning, periodontal charting, and comprehensive exam. Extreme dental anxiety, needs sedation. Nitrous isn't strong enough to calm her. Will start with extraction and bone graft. Will come back for localized cleaning of lower anterior teeth with anesthetic.
Comprehensive Exam chief concern patient wants dentures and restorative work to save remaining teeth .
Patient is present for Delivery of bridge #22-27 x- ray was taken of lower anterior bridge is seated correctly. Dr. Greer confirms to make sure patient is satisfied with bridge before cementation. air dried, ivo clean, bond, Relyx ultimate cement used.
Patient presented for new hygiene appointment for xrays, periodontal charting and quick discussion with doctor to address pain. Needs extraction and implants with oral sedation. Needs nitrous for cleanings in the future. Severe dental anxiety.
