The patient came into the office today to get a new white porcelain crown on teeth 13 & 14. Removed the decay and used the dental composite to build the tooth back up. Took a digital scan of the tooth and built a new white porcelain crown. Placed porcelain crown with permanent dental cement. Checked the bite and made adjustments. The patient was happy.

Patient presented for new hygiene cleaning and comprehensive exam. Treatment plan includes onlay restorations, crowns/buildups, and extraction/bone graft/implant placement. Patient has implants and implant bridge. Great home care.
Patient presented for hygiene cleaning and periodic exam. Having area of sensitivity, feels like something is stuck in there. Was able to get in there good with the scalers and patient said it felt much better. Has one composite filling and crowns/buildups on treatment plan.
