Successfully installed a Rheem outdoor condenser unit on concrete pad with proper line connections, along with interior air handler mounted on wooden platform in attic space. Complete system installation included running and securing insulated flexible ductwork throughout attic with all necessary electrical connections tested and verified for optimal operation.
Completed POM service on customer's HVAC system. Performed comprehensive 80-point inspection on all units, including cleaning outdoor coils, burner cleaning, gas pressure adjustments, and safety inspections. Installed new Honeywell Home control device and inspected electrical junction box connections to ensure proper system operation.
Responded to service request for a 12-year-old HVAC system not providing adequate heat. Diagnostic inspection revealed system was cycling but not maintaining set temperature.
