Jonathon is a professional who does his job well. Once he troubleshooted the issue, he gave me options of how to rectify the issue. Once he was finished fixing the issue. He ran a new wire and I could not tell that new wires were run or that he was at my home, EXCEPT that the issue was resolved. His work was very neat and I am very pleased with the results.
