During testing, I observed that the pump was slow to start and not reaching the required pressure. After inspecting the controller and performing a manual start, I found a weak battery in the jockey pump controller, which was causing delayed activation. I replaced the faulty battery, retested the system, and confirmed that the pump now starts immediately and builds proper pressure. I completed a full run test, verified flow and pressure readings, and documented all results. The fire pump is now operating as intended and ready for emergency use.
