The service technician was very patient when explaining the problem that needed to be addressed with our backflow system, he explained everything in a way that would make sense! I appreciate that! The office was also very helpful, they went the extra mile to help us set up service so that we could have the repair done immediately. Even though they had to no option than to give up the business because scheduling was 3 weeks out, they still took really good care of us. We will continue using United Fire whenever possible.
