Giving time window of two hours works just fine accept tech always shows in last 15 minutes of waiting time (first 1;45 hrs just gets wasted). One tech and more than one building means tech has to go back and forth to silence alarms etc. Overall- techs are fantastic with this company and this is the third place we hired them to get all test done. I do recommend this company.

The time we made a phone call to get appointment to service building (all test) it was nothing, but very pleasant people came across. Easy to get date and time for service, tech arrived on time and started to work right away. All things done and got reports in hand same time. Tech Juliette was the best by far I dealt in this industry.

I conducted maintenance on the Honeywell Vista 20P alarm system, involving a thorough inspection of the control panel, testing of the motion detectors and door/window contacts for sensitivity, and ensuring the wireless communication with the central monitoring station was intact. I replaced batteries in all wireless sensors and updated the firmware to enhance system performance and security features.
