Work was easy to schedule and was completed within two days.
I enjoy having United reps come to my projects and give trainings. They are always knowledgeable and professional.

The techs were great. Friendly and courteous.
Response from United Fire:
Thank for for the awesome 5 stars!
Jason is awesome! Always friendly always helpful. Knows exactly what to do and gets the job done.
Easy team to work with, the work was done well and looked clean.
Tony was great! He was very thorough to cover all the bases of everything that needed to be done.
Giving time window of two hours works just fine accept tech always shows in last 15 minutes of waiting time (first 1;45 hrs just gets wasted). One tech and more than one building means tech has to go back and forth to silence alarms etc. Overall- techs are fantastic with this company and this is the third place we hired them to get all test done. I do recommend this company.
The time we made a phone call to get appointment to service building (all test) it was nothing, but very pleasant people came across. Easy to get date and time for service, tech arrived on time and started to work right away. All things done and got reports in hand same time. Tech Juliette was the best by far I dealt in this industry.
Jason handled the issues professionally and was very knowledgeable. He was respectful to others as well
During testing, I observed that the pump was slow to start and not reaching the required pressure. After inspecting the controller and performing a manual start, I found a weak battery in the jockey pump controller, which was causing delayed activation. I replaced the faulty battery, retested the system, and confirmed that the pump now starts immediately and builds proper pressure. I completed a full run test, verified flow and pressure readings, and documented all results. The fire pump is now operating as intended and ready for emergency use.
During the inspection, I noticed one of the gauges on the riser was reading below normal pressure levels. I traced the issue to a partially closed main valve that had likely been left that way after recent plumbing work. After fully opening the valve and confirming water flow, the system pressure returned to normal. I then performed a flow test and inspected all key components, including sprinkler heads, valves, and alarms, to ensure everything was in proper working condition. The system is now fully operational and compliant.
During the inspection, I found several extinguishers with low pressure readings and one with a damaged hose. I removed the affected units from service, tagged them accordingly, and replaced them with properly charged and inspected extinguishers from our service stock. I also checked for proper mounting, clear access, and updated inspection tags on all units. The building manager was informed of the replacements and advised on proper monthly visual checks to ensure continued compliance and readiness.
completed the fire extinguisher repair at the client's site today. All units were inspected, serviced, and are now in proper working condition. I confirmed with the client that the repairs met their expectations. No further issues were reported, and the site is compliant with safety standards.
