If i can give a 10 i would!! We used another company for over a year and still had the same problem, but so glad i seen the J&J truck, and decided to call. Best decision! Cody was very thorough, explained everything, and just from meeting him one time i KNOW he cares about his customers, and doesn’t see them as a number. Mr. Kirby also was amazing! The company before didn’t do HALF the things Mr Kirby did the first visit at our home. He went above and beyond, and was also very thorough! Answered questions, and took his time, didn’t rush. Honestly wish we would have started using them sooner. Thankful again we made the right decision with J&J! Very pleased!
