I called the office on Tuesday to schedule a free walk through/quote on Wednesday. Not even an hour after I scheduled, I get a call from Eric Kober who so kindly skipped his lunch break to come do a walk through that same day! He is efficient and willing to answer any question I had about the product and process. Once I decided to move forward with the services, he was able to have a technician come to my home that afternoon. I was able to get to know a little piece of Eric throughout this process and relate to the fact that we are born again followers of Jesus Christ. Eric and I had a respectful conversation about our walk with the Lord, which just made this experience better than I can imagine. As Eric said, Iron sharpeth iron; little did he know that day, I needed sharpening more than I thought. I thank God for meeting Eric and allowing him to work for a company that values human needs above all else. Thank you Eric and J&J for “above & beyond” services!
