Mr. Larry, rang the bell, waited for me to answer the door, greeted me with his name and introduction of who he was and why he was there. We talked briefly, he showed a good sense of humor at my attempt of humor and was a good sport. He got right to work which he did efficiently. when completed he again rang the bell, (I had gone back inside to continue my work), explained that he was finished his work, noting no activity and noted the survey and the bill to come from J&J. This young gentlemen was personable and professional in his demeanor and in carrying out his duties. I trust he is being treated well by the company, for if not 100 other employers would scoop up this type of employee.
