I have been a client of J&J since 2009 and have always been satisfied with the thoroughness of their service. This latest inspection was no different! Caleb arrived 1 hr earlier than our scheduled appointment, but he went right to work checking the outside bait stations which I always clear and make visible. I had also dug the dirt away from the slab so that he could get a clear view of any termite activity. When he called me to say that no one was home (my wife was at Church with the grandsons at the time) and that he couldn't get into the house to inspect the drains behind the tubs, I told him to please wait and my wife would be there shortly (again we were expecting J&J to arrive @ 11 am. He did wait for her to arrive and was able to complete his Indoor Inspection. I very much appreciate his patience and willingness to wait . There was some small 'glitch" in the Inspection Report but that was rectified. Caleb was expremely professional, thorough and responsive to my calls and concerns.
