1. they were hours late with no call to update ETA 2. they did not bill the cc# i gave them over the phone they billed my bank account instead which resulted in my sustaining an overdraft fee 3 the amount they collected was $7 & change more than the figure they wuoted me on the phone 4. when i called for an update on the technician's arrival time i had to wait on hold over 15 minutes before speaking to a service rep 5. their on hold music is too loud & very annoying
