➖Pull and reset toilet ➖Run drain machine through toilet drain Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that the sink gargle and the toilet would not flush and that the washing machine drain had backed up into the toilet and the tub. Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that there was a mainline blockage and that the toilet needed to be pulled so that I could run my drain machine down the toilet drain. I then proceeded to present the homeowner with upfront prices and options to get the issue fixed today. The homeowner decided to have me go ahead and do the work to get the issue resolved. I began by shutting off the water to the home at the street and draining all of the water out of the toilet. Then remove the toilet off the floor and began to run my drain machine down the toilet drain until the blockage was cleared. Once the blockage was cleared I reset the toilet And turned the water back on to the home to test everything thoroughly. Everything is draining p

We were called out today because the customer is opening a dentistry office, and several of the fixtures in the building do not have hot water. After looking over the building, I found that the left side of the building does have hot water, however the right side does not. When we tested the two sinks on the right of the building, only about an ounce of water came out of the hot side, and then stopped entirely. I disconnect the supply lines under the sink to make sure the shut off valve was functioning, and I was able to see inside the valve that the stopper was in fact moving freely. The issue seems to be that there is no water in the hot lines on that side of the building, possibly due to the hot lines being disconnected somewhere in the wall. We looked in the attic and in the drop down ceiling for water lines, but unfortunately all the water lines are in the walls and we have no way of looking at them. I offered a quote for cutting open the sheet rock and exposing the water lines, a
After arriving to the home, the homeowner made me aware of how the water heater was leaking, and that his tenants and him noticed the sound of water running. The water is located in an outdoor utility closet. The age of the heater is approximately 15 years old, with no previous record of maintenance. Due to the nature of the issue, replacing the unit was the only solution. The water is a natural gas unit, and is located on an 18” stand. The homeowner had to turn the water off to the home since the isolation valve for the water heater was seized. I made the homeowner aware of different avenues of approach we could take for replacement. He was interested in potentially going electric, however due to wait time between scheduling an electrician, and getting hot water, he decided not to go the route. I provided estimates with upfront pricing, at this time we have not decided to move forward with work.
Upon arrival to the home I completed a septic inspection of the Leitchfield and the tank after Jeremy pumped the tank, I did find that the Leitchfield is not working and is in need of a rejuvenation and a Hydro jetting, after talking with the homeowner and explaining to him what was going on he informed me that he had just bought the house not even two years ago and was going to talk to his home warranty company to see if they would help fix this issue if not he would be letting us know and at that point he would want to proceed from there
We were called out today to give options for repairing leaking boiler piping. The building’s heat comes from a boiler system, and the piping is throughout the ceiling. There are several places in the building where water damage has began surfacing in the ceiling. I spoke with Daniel, who walked me through and showed me each area. The company supervisor also came out and looked over the boiler and it’s piping, and after gaining a full understanding of what will be needed, we are unfortunately unable to assist with this project.
