Obtaining service information was extremely difficult for zip code 18661. Customer service representative never called back to confirm property survey for service completion as previously stated in a telephone conversion. I was able to confirm service for my address in 2 weeks time and 10 telephone calls. Once servicewad confirmed installation was quick and professional.
