Weathertight provided courteous and personal service from the scheduling of the expeditors visit and quote to the installation of new windows and a front door. I am pleased to see the transformation of my 75 year old home with the removal of an outdated 104” picture window to crisp clean double hung windows and new moulding. The air flow through the house is amazing now that the new windows are in. One small glitch is that my new door arrived with a warped frame at the threshold. The installer immediately brought the defect to my attention and said he had already contacted the office and requested the inferior door frame be replaced. In the mean time, he did install the new door without the framework while we wait for the manufacturer to ship new framing. I appreciate the fact that he refused the defective frame. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new door frame and completion of the project. Weathertight provided high quality workmanship.
