Installers were great! I have absolutely no complaints about the service and the work the installers did on the windows. The contractor who also installed our front door did a fantastic job. Great workmanship all around on the windows and door. However, I do have a problem that I haven’t heard any updates on the flawed 2 front windows, and screen door that was the wrong size. I currently have no screen door which means I can not open my front door. The installers were here on Monday, Apr 5, and today is Friday, Apr 9 - still no word on when I can expect the screen door or what the process /timeline will be to replace the flawed front 2 windows. Overall experience on the survey would have been excellent, but I have to give that rating an above average due not having any communication re: the outstanding issues above. In addition to the issues listed above, I also noticed one of the screens on the front bank of windows does not fit correctly so today I submitted that issue to the service department. Thank you.
