We were very happy with our experience. 😊 The guys were friendly and respectful. They took time to explain everything that was going to be done, and did it in a timely fashion. When it came time to clean up, they were very thorough. When we get our next door we would be very happy to have them do the installation.

Workers did extremely good work ,they explained how to properly operate and care for my new windows, asked me many times if I had any questions and then answered them .They were courteous any cleaned up before leaving every day .I have had many contractors service my house you are the best . Awesome product, awesome installation

I am totally blown away with the quality of workmanship done by the crew at my house. Please note that they started in sunshine and then were faced by a intense snow shower. They continued to work throughout the snow storm to button up the house and get all the windows and bay window in place to prevent snow getting into the house. By the end of the first day, with the snow storm, 10 windows and a bay window were installed and the inside of the house was complete. All the workers were very kind and respectful of us and our property. The quality of workmanship is superior. Brian and team were amazing to work with. So happy to have picked Weathertight to do this project. The windows are amazing.

Very caring about doing it right, took great care in protecting house furniture and rugs, pleasant, polite and professional. They did a quality job and it looks and works great. Like that he showed us how all works at the end of the job and asked us to work things to make sure it was to our liking. Also dropped in periodically to look at the progress and was very happy on how it went, they took great time to make sure it was done right the first time.

Tim and Sabin worked really hard to try to get our windows in and functioning. When we brought issues to their attention they addressed them immediately.

Overall, it was a good experience. The long wait to have the work done (signed in June and completed in November) was annoying but understandable. Estimator was polite and listened to my input. Project coordinator in the office (Holly) was excellent in handling my calls and inquiries. On site crew were relatively efficient removing the old siding and putting on the new. The quality of their work was very good. Occasionally a few details were missed but they addressed them directly and quickly. My only big negative regarding the whole project is that they ran out of siding before finishing. Apparently it was an estimating error. It only delayed the finish of the project by a few days. I would recommend with few reservations.
