All aspects of the process were great except document review with salesman. That took forever, as he insisted in reading much of it to us aloud. Final signing took 2 1/2 hours, because download to his laptop was so slow.

Robert and Brian were very well trained, friendly and did the best possible job. Robert especially, who was training Vincent too, was a perfectionist and did a wonderful job. Vincent is learning and will be an asset to the company in the future. Vincent was a gentleman and helped me to look at the windows when the job was done. I have major back problems and couldn't find my cane.

The entire installation crew were outstanding. Lucas, Aaron and Brad were polite, knowledgable and worked so hard for the 3 days. They made sure everything was clean and correct. The end product is beautiful. We had Pella windows that were wood and after 16 years were rotted to the point we could not open several of them. Pella would not offer any compensation even though they were supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. The Weather Tight windows are superior in comparison, it is quieter and warmer in the house. I also like the clean look of the windows. And they come with a lifetime guarantee that is transferable to the next owner. We probably paid a little more than some other products but I think it will be worth it overall.

All in all, we are very happy with the product. You get what you pay for! I will say that we are very happy with the windows and installation . I am not by any means an expert on window finishing's. With that said, I wish the finished look on the outside would have come nicer together. I believe the "j channel corners", doesn't square up the greatest. It looks like it is a hard material to get the corners to a perfect look. The inside looks awesome! Only time will tell! Winter is coming. We are looking forward to NOT seeing any ICE forming on the inside windows and doors like we had in the past!! Very nice job! Take Care, Paul and Kerri Slotty "sorry about the late response"
