Once our window finally arrived they were great. The crew that installed them over four days worked in difficult weather and conditions but kept a great attitude. They respected our home and our exterior, laying down protection on all floors and to cover furniture in the various rooms. Pedro was the crew chief for the first two days. He kept us informed every step of the process and was very polite always asking before he did anything that might disrupt us. His crew was Toni, Sabin, and Harley. The second two days was exterior work with crew chief Robert and crew of Justin B. Again, they worked diligently, took great care with our exterior, and kept a good attitude. I would rate the installation process and every member who worked on our project with 5 stars. Leading up to installation there were several frustrations. We were told that from placing our order to installation would be no more than 60 days. It ended up being almost 90 days. We were told that our mullions would be the same color as the trim. However, two weeks later we were called and told that the closest match was a brown when our window frames and trim were wine. The difference was striking and not acceptable. Weathertight to their credit worked out a solution, but it was frustrating to have to go through several days of not knowing if our windows would be to our satisfaction. The long delay in construction of the windows took us into December and we were hoping to have them in by the second week of November which would have been the absolute deadline we were promised. Finally, I will say that despite the glitches we were impressed with the attention to our concerns, the willingness to arrive at solutions which were more costly but Weathertight absorbed the cost, and the staff every time I called was polite and attentive (even when I was a bit stressed out). I would definitely recommend the company. I have to rate lower because we, ourselves, experienced some important problems, but they did work to solve, although the time line ended up just being late.

Purchased Restorations top-of-the-line windows. A few frames were cracked due to improper installation. Weather Tight replaced the frames at no cost to me. Thank you, Weather Tight!
