Roofing team: fast, one day; their hydronic dumpster great for roofers but burned top of bushes & pine tree and left some fairly deep impressions and ruts in grass; really needed to use some support under hydronic legs; toilet roof vent blew off after they left.; I could not communicate with them. Dumpster service really needs to provide a better customer care service to avoid damaging asphalt driveways, especially critical is using proper supports for where dumpster sits on the driveway. It would have saved having damage to a 4 year old driveway. Tim, the team leader for fascia, soffits, & gutters, had good people working with him. And Tim is great. Easy to communicate with, kept me informed, great customer service attitude. Had a rain storm the day after they finished the project which highlighted several areas of leaks. And missing one downspout extension on northwest corner of house. Overall this was a good experience and Tim & team provided quality work. Was easy to see they enjoyed their work and took pride in the quality of their work. The project produced a lot of aluminum shavings and jagged pieces in the grass and driveway. If I may suggest an improvement for that it would be to always place a large tarp under the tables used for sawing and cutting. Please take the above as constructive criticism and not as complaining. I expected some things but would have hoped that some of the above would have been avoided and that hopefully Weater Tight could use to improve an already very good service.
