Rep was prompt and neat. Unfortunately his attitude was quite unpleasant. When he arrived I asked if he would park his truck on the side of the house and not in my driveway because I had to leave for work and my car was in the garage. He seemed very irritated at this request. His attitude didn't improve when I told him I was leaving for the office (I had arranged for my Mom to come over while the service was being performed) and he quickly asked who would pay the bill. I told him if he knew the amount I would leave the check (which I did) on the kitchen table. I left for work and my Mother called me at work when he was done. She said when he completed the work the first thing he said was, "where is the check" which my Mother handed to him and he left. In spite of the other positive attributes I would never use him again. He needs a course in how to provide good customer service.
