AC unit not cooling due to failed Voltage Enhancement Device.

Temperature in the house not lowering after ac on for over one hour. Conducted diagnostic and performance test on the system. All components are perform properly at this time. Will follow up if the unit stops cooling again. No repairs needed at this time.
