Shane Gray was given the task to repair my Rheem Mini Split that had a difficult part to replace that others were not able to accomplish. Shane was able to determine how to remove the old rotor and replace it with a new part with expertise that was very apparent. The part could not be removed without going behind the electronics and Shane did this without a problem. He completed the replacement, tested the unit, then cleaned the full unit to make it look new again. Great employee for a great company.

Had a late evening call due to a blockage in the condensation drain pipe that was causing minor flooding inside the home. Richard Cooksey came out, diagnosed the problem quickly and professionally and fixed the issue within minutes. He then continued to check other areas to make sure it was all working properly, then waited for the A/C to turn back on and assure no issues. Very thorough and knowledgeable technician and that is another reason why Alaska AC is the only company I would call.
