I was called to a home to repair an AC system that was not cooling properly. Upon arrival, I found that the compressor was not working. I diagnosed the issue and replaced the faulty compressor. After completing the repair, the AC system was cooling properly again. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
The condenser for the motor was not working properly. I replaced the bad cap and the condenser and the motor is now working properly.
I recently completed a summer maintenance job on a 2011 Rheem package unit. The job entailed replacing the air filter, cleaning the condenser coil, and lubricating the fan motor. I also inspected the electrical connections and tested the unit to ensure it was operating correctly. I also replaced the thermostat and cleaned the evaporator coil.
I had to call Lennox on Monday to schedule a maintenance appointment for my air conditioner. I had to explain the issue I was having with the unit and provide my contact information. The customer service representative was very helpful and scheduled the appointment for the next day. I was able to confirm the appointment time and date and the representative assured me that a technician would arrive on time.
I was called to repair a Carrier split AC unit. Upon arrival, I found that the unit had a faulty compressor. I replaced the compressor and performed a thorough cleaning of the unit. I also checked the refrigerant levels and added more if needed. Finally, I tested the unit to ensure it was working properly. The customer was very happy with the results and thanked me for my help.
