Collin our service technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Only 2 repairs were suggested however $5000 seems very over priced. I did appreciate the full report we received via email. The 2 parts suggested are less than or right at $1000. $4000 seems high for labor. I will say the company kept it’s advertised tuneup price at $72
Very easy to talk to, broke it down to basic not real technical explanations, answered ever question so we could understand what he found. A nice employee.
Service was timely and efficient! We strongly recommend Roque and Alaskan Heating and Cooling!
Very professional and pleasant person. He identified a potential problem and explained the damage that could occur if it failed. No pressure to replace the part and extended our service appointment to install the new part and head off an outage! Thank you!
Brandon was professional, courteous, took the time to explain the issue and what to be prepared for in the future. He was very kind to our animals too. He was the utmost professional and grateful to have him fix our A/C in the middle of the summer! Incredible experience. He made us Alaskan A/C customers, we will absolutely call them first! The commercials are not just hype, thank you for hiring good people!
Lio did a great job. It was raining the day of our Alaskification and he didn't skip a beat. Highly recommend him for future services.
I’ve already written a Google review and am happy to brag on Brandon C. again. Brandon was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Brandon was respectful with this senior citizen and explained (sometimes many times) everything to me. My 18 year old a/c system is dead and Brandon made arrangements to have a team member come out today to talk over options with me. I confirmed facts with a friend and agree that a new system is required. Brandon replaced a part and was unable to get the motor to turn over and I opted to not install a new motor and to go straight to a new unit. My air conditioning runs almost year-round and it chose a 102-degree day to depart. 18 years was a long life. Rest In Peace AC Unit. I am ready to welcome a new system to keep me cool. THANK YOU BRANDON C!! Your grandma would be proud of how you respected and educated this old woman!
James is awesome - can do attitude and fun personality. Feel like he really cares!

Very professional did a very good job. I appreciate the job you did for me explained everything and let me know how I was gonna go and let me know that I would get it on an email.

The customer agreed to the repairs, and I scheduled a time to complete the work. During the repair process, I worked diligently to ensure that the units were repaired correctly. I took my time to ensure that the repairs were done to the highest quality standards. When the repairs were complete, I tested the units to ensure that they were working properly. I also provided

The new gas split system is efficient and reliable, and it will provide the homeowner with heating and cooling for many years to come.
I was called to a home to diagnose a no-cooling issue in a client's air conditioning system. Upon arrival, I performed a thorough inspection of the unit, checking for any signs of damage or wear.
