I’ve already written a Google review and am happy to brag on Brandon C. again. Brandon was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Brandon was respectful with this senior citizen and explained (sometimes many times) everything to me. My 18 year old a/c system is dead and Brandon made arrangements to have a team member come out today to talk over options with me. I confirmed facts with a friend and agree that a new system is required. Brandon replaced a part and was unable to get the motor to turn over and I opted to not install a new motor and to go straight to a new unit. My air conditioning runs almost year-round and it chose a 102-degree day to depart. 18 years was a long life. Rest In Peace AC Unit. I am ready to welcome a new system to keep me cool. THANK YOU BRANDON C!! Your grandma would be proud of how you respected and educated this old woman!

I am thoroughly satisfied with the service he rendered to my heating system within the Heat Pump as well as his advice on upkeep which I can do regularly to prolong the existence of my current heating system within the Heat Pump. Mr. Gutierrez is a very thorough and knowledgeable technician which Alaskan Air Conditioning and Heating should do everything within the CEO's power to keep on staff as a Service Technician as well as a trainer of incoming Service Technicians. Because of Mr. Gutierrez's thoroughness in servicing the heating sytem here, I will regularly call on Alaskan Air Conditioning and Heating for upkeep on the system and request that Mr. Gutierrez be the Technician.
