Had my bi-annual service completed yesterday. Jacob came out and provided the PM & found an item needing replacement, that I opted to complete the same day. Jacob saw that I had signed up for Alaskan AC membership and said I was going to get 10% off but, was charged the full amount. Waiting to hear back from customer service to correct the matter. Credit Card hasn’t been credited anything yet. Anyone experience this before with Alaskan?
Our tech went above and beyond, I honestly wasn’t expecting that much attention to detail.

RJ was a total professional and excellent service person. He reviewed all of our current HVAC products and went out of his way to explain what he was going to do and then provided in dept information on how to keep our systems in top shape. We have Alaskan ongoing preventive maintenance programs for over 5 years and just renewed their top notch preventive maintenance programs for additional 3+years.
Outrageous price to replace a capacitor. I will longer be doing business with Alaskan.
