Jason is the man!! He came in & identified some shortcomings that the other guys(C/R AC) neglected to take care of during their annual PM Service. I will be needing some warranty items to be handled once the compressor (6yrs old) breaks down but, I trust that Alaskan AC & their team of service professionals will be more than capable of taking care it. I am so pleased with the “Polar Bear Pros” and just wish I would have used them from the very beginning.

Management won’t call back to make things right. Tech has no clue what he is doing. Got charged for my AC to still be broke. Tech even left without making sure it was fixed. Then didn’t want to come back out when I called back to say it was still not working. Also there was no priority being a “polar bear member” this company needs to figure out if they are going to be a good AC company or a bad one. Right now the direction Brandon is taking you is bad!
