For this job, I am performing maintenance inspection upon trane ac system and Mitsubishi mini split
The technician is performing a maintenance on a 10-year-old Rheem split system. The unit is working at manufacturers specifications. The system got an exterior and interior coil clean. Refrigerant levels were checked. The furnace blower wheel was checked. The quality of the duck worked was checked, and everything proved to be within specifications. We did discuss a duct cleaning, as well as Aeroseal and we talked about the surge protector.
Technician is performing a 33 point inspection on the Lennox split system. The system is performing at spec but the VED was underperforming. we replaced it and it is now within spec. All other items aside from the filter looked good and we replaced the filter. All systems are good at this time. We rinsed off the inside and outside of the coil, and the system is breathing as expected
Technician performed summer maintenance on split system. Technician replaced VED in outside condenser unit.
