Roque came within the appointed time and showed me how to do the reset indicated in our Lennox manual. He was very helpful and got our A/C up and running again on the first ‘fix’!

Jason was polite, helpful, empathetic, and completed the recommended URGENT services quickly and efficiently. My biggest issue is with your report where fictitious information is prefilled and made to look like you did a generous service when you did not. Specifically on page 7 you write - woah that is one messy AC condenser when mine was virtually spotless… then you write how you got in there and made it spotless with good ol’ fashion elbow grease. I find this offensive. It’s amazing that Alaskan Air installed this high end Lennox system in 2016, serviced the system, has a service contract, and always seems to find thousands of dollars annually for something that is either under warranty but you won’t cover labor OR in this case hasn’t failed yet but is “arcing” with imminent failure creating potential dangerous situation, creating urgency on my part to get it done NOW. Of course home warranty won’t cover unless it fails. It’s only 109 outside today.

Had my bi-annual service completed yesterday. Jacob came out and provided the PM & found an item needing replacement, that I opted to complete the same day. Jacob saw that I had signed up for Alaskan AC membership and said I was going to get 10% off but, was charged the full amount. Waiting to hear back from customer service to correct the matter. Credit Card hasn’t been credited anything yet. Anyone experience this before with Alaskan?
